HYPE: How You Print Empowerment

We are awesome! We run this blog. ‘Nuff said.

In the past, HYPE functioned as a medium of communication between AARC and outside communities through bi-annual magazine publication. Since spring of 2011, HYPE is an interactive site that keeps up with current AARC events and connects individuals in a more timely and immediate fashion. Check out our staff profiles and our committee profiles to get to know the AARC!

Oral Histories

We seek to document untold stories of marginalized groups. We intend to use GIS mapping tools and oral history interviews to record and analyze the local community centered around Pomona. Using these anecdotes and statistical visual representations, we hope to gain a more complete understanding of the history of the community and how that shapes our needs today as a guide to our feature endeavors.
